I submitted a ticket to tech support, and there was basically zero help. If you go check out the classic games support forums, there are a ton of people experiencing the same thing. I have been super duper extra careful not to do ANY of the things that can incur restrictions, suspensions or bans, and yet it keeps happening. I've had my 3rd cd-key (completely legit, I absolutely mean it) banned in a few weeks.
